This is CARRIEVERSE.

As the number of users in CARRIEVERSE increases, there are instances where some users do not receive items after purchasing.

CARRIEVERSE is working to provide the missing items as quickly as possible for all users whose payment details have been confirmed.

Generally, the act of receiving a refund from Google after receiving and using items is subject to permanent sanctions. However, we have found that there are some cases where automatic refunds are processed by Google when there is a payment failure.

To protect these users, we have temporarily changed our Operating Policy to the following:

Target Users who have completed the payments normally, but have not receive the items
Payment Check Google’s automatic refunds. If there is no automatic refund, the missing items will be send 3 days after receipt

End Date Until the payment issue is resolved

As stated earlier, the act of receiving a refund from Google after receiving and using items is subject to permanent sanctions. This policy will not change, but we will not let this policy negatively affect users who act honestly and normally.

We are doing our best to resolve all issues such as the payment and server access issues. We will continue to do our best to improve and stabilize things as soon as possible.
